End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (the "EULA") is a binding agreement between you and Zorvex covering the software we make available to you, including every build, update, configuration file, and loader we distribute (the "Software").

You accept this EULA by downloading, installing, authenticating, or using the Software. If you do not accept it, do not use the Software.

This EULA sits alongside our Terms of Service. Where the two cover the same ground, this EULA governs the Software itself and the Terms govern everything else.

Subject to your compliance with this EULA and to your licence being paid and live, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on one machine, for the duration you purchased, for your own personal and non-commercial use.

That is the entire grant. Any right not expressly given to you here is reserved by us.

You are licensing access, not buying a product. The Software is licensed to you, never sold, and no ownership of any kind transfers to you.

The Software transmits a hardware identifier when it authenticates. The first successful authentication locks your licence to that machine, and subsequent attempts from other hardware are refused.

This is the mechanism that makes the one-machine licence real, and it is a condition of the grant above rather than an incidental feature.

If your hardware legitimately changes, request a reset through the customer panel or Discord. A member of staff reviews each request, and approval is at our discretion. Requests that look like an attempt to run one licence across several people or machines will be refused.

You may not:

• copy, publish, upload, distribute, sell, resell, rent, lease, lend, or sublicense the Software or any part of it;
• share your account credentials or licence key with anyone, for any reason, including with people you trust;
• reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, deobfuscate, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or internal structure of the Software, except where that restriction is void under applicable law;
• modify, patch, crack, or create derivative works from the Software;
• circumvent, disable, or interfere with the Software's authentication, licensing, hardware binding, update mechanism, or any protection we build into it;
• use the Software to build, train, or improve a competing product, or to extract our techniques for that purpose;
• remove or obscure any proprietary notice in the Software;
• use the Software in any way that breaks the law where you are.

Breaching this section terminates your licence immediately, without notice and without refund.

The Software and everything in it, including its code, design, structure, and branding, remains our property and that of our licensors. It is protected by copyright and other laws.

Configuration files you create for your own use are yours. By sharing a config in our Discord or community spaces, you allow other users and us to use and redistribute it there.

All game names, trade marks, and publisher names are the property of their respective owners. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to any of them, and we reference them only to describe compatibility.

The Software updates. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may require you to run a current build. Older builds may stop authenticating without notice, and you should expect that.

Builds are frequently taken offline, sometimes for extended periods, when a game updates or an anti-cheat changes. This is normal for this category of software and does not constitute a defect, a breach of this EULA, or grounds for a refund.

This EULA runs from your first use of the Software until your licence expires or is terminated.

It terminates automatically if your licence period ends, and we may terminate it immediately if you breach any part of it, if you breach the Terms of Service, or if you open a chargeback.

On termination you must stop using the Software and delete every copy of it in your possession. Termination for breach does not entitle you to any refund for the unused part of your licence. The sections on ownership, warranty, liability, and governing law survive termination.

The Software is provided "as is", with all faults and without warranty of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, to the fullest extent permitted by law. This includes any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the Software is undetectable. Any statement to that effect describes our understanding when it was made, nothing more. Anti-cheat systems change without warning.

Using the Software will very likely violate the terms of service of the game you use it with, and can get your game account banned permanently. You accept that risk in full. A ban is not a defect in the Software, and we do not compensate for banned accounts, lost purchases, lost items, lost rank, or lost time.

We do not warrant that the Software will work with your hardware, your firmware, your operating system, or any future version of any game, or that it will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for lost profits, lost data, damage to hardware, banned or lost game accounts, lost in-game items or currency, or lost time, arising from your use of or inability to use the Software.

Our total aggregate liability under this EULA is limited to the amount you paid us for the licence giving rise to the claim.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

This EULA is governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Zorvex is established, and disputes arising from it are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory law of your own country of residence.

If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force.
